About Me

Hey there! I’m Amol Sarise. I guess you could say I wear a few different hats. By education, I’m an engineer, by profession, I’m a designer, and by passion, I’m a blogger. I know, it’s quite the mix, but I genuinely think that’s where the magic happens—at the intersection of all these things. Let me tell you a bit about how that works.

My journey started in the world of engineering. I’ve always been fascinated by how things work, from the smallest moving parts of a machine to the grand structure of a skyscraper. Engineering taught me to think critically and see the world through the lens of functionality, efficiency, and problem-solving. I loved the precision of it—how everything had to be calculated and perfectly balanced to function well. There’s something really elegant about how math and science come together to create things that are, quite literally, the foundation of our world.

But, there was always another part of me—a creative side that couldn’t just sit back and admire efficiency alone. I needed to add a splash of color, to shape things so they weren’t just useful but also meaningful and beautiful. That’s where design came in. Design, for me, is the art of making things not only work but also resonate with people. It’s about emotion, experience, and how someone feels when they use a product, look at a building, or navigate a website. The designer in me always wants to make something functional feel effortless and delightful.

Bridging engineering and design has become my way of looking at the world—where every problem is a puzzle, not just to be solved but also to be crafted into something that brings value, beauty, and simplicity. It’s about turning complex systems into simple, beautiful experiences. I like to think of myself as someone who brings both logic and creativity to the table, balancing precision with empathy.

Now, that brings me to the third hat I wear: blogging. Honestly, I just love writing about this stuff. Blogging is my way to reflect on everything I’ve learned, share my experiences, and connect with others who are on a similar journey. Whether it’s diving deep into the latest design trends, discussing the principles of engineering that can apply to creative problem-solving, or just sharing my own creative struggles, blogging lets me have a conversation with you—yes, you, reading this right now.

This blog is kind of like my sandbox, a space where I can freely explore what happens when creativity and technology meet. Sometimes, that means breaking down a technical concept in a way that feels accessible. Other times, it’s about sharing the design side—like what makes a product not only functional but something people genuinely want to interact with. And occasionally, I just like to share my thoughts about the process itself—the ups, the downs, the moments of pure creative flow, and the times when nothing seems to click.

If you’re reading this, I’m really glad you’re here. My hope is that through my posts, I can share something that sparks an idea for you, inspires you, or maybe just makes you feel less alone in your creative journey. Design, engineering, blogging—these are all ways of building connections, and that’s what I’m ultimately here for.

So, stick around if you’re interested in exploring the space where art meets science, where creativity finds logic, and where we can make things both functional and beautiful. Let’s learn, create, and build things that make this complex world a bit more inspiring—together.
